It appears to work, and fairly well. However, in order to get anything at all I need try it, then go back and append ?htl=0 to the URL.
Apparently the data is making it into my local node but the fproxy interface isn't being notified. A re-request dosn't work, only if I specifify the HTL. The only unusual part to my setup is it's on a seperate machine, so I'm using SSH port forwarding to get to it. --Dan
