I'm not an expert, but it would seem that if the nodes which would be cached-up had fast enough connections to deal with the expected load of having a cache that large then their caches would fill with new inserted data pretty damn fast any way... basically nodes will fill in reasonable time any cache they have sufficient resources to serve to the rest of the network...
