My 6194 node has been up for 3 hours 43 minutes. localQueryTraffic is:
   9/12/03 7:00:00 PM BST 0 0 NaN
   9/12/03 8:00:00 PM BST 54733 1786 0.032631136608627334
   9/12/03 9:00:00 PM BST 57183 202 0.0035325184058199116
   9/12/03 10:00:00 PM BST 61454 362 0.005890584827675985

So it has accepted approx. 2000 queries in the last 3 hours, out of more
than 160,000.

My psuccess_data is:
Probability of success of an incoming request

It would appear that the reason for my node rejecting almost all queries
is my thread usage:
Checkpoint: Connection opener 1
freenet.Message: DataRequest 3
freenet.OpenConnectionManager$ConnectionJob 3
freenet.interfaces.LocalNIOInterface$ConnectionShell 1
freenet.interfaces.PublicNIOInterface$ConnectionShell 7
freenet.node.states.data.DataStateInitiator 94

In other words, my node is rejecting virtually all queries because it
has lots of transfers going. Which are probably mostly bottlenecked by
downstream or upstream nodes. But it has amazing success probability.
Which perhaps explains the local query traffic of 60kqph.
