These crashes happen to several users and I think with different operating systems. The reports going to Sun will show that anyway. > I'm not saying it's not a JVM bug, > I'm just saying it's reasonable for them to ask for a cleaner problem > report. Look at what was submitted -- run my program for a while and it > crashes. It's not supposed to do that. Fix it. If that is not enough for them to debug it, then they should fix their bug report system. Or provide people who has the bug with debug builds of the JVM, instrumented to provide better backtraces. I am honestly shocked that Sun has not invested engineer time in this bug. It shows that they either do not care about non-commercial use of their platform (in which case it is obviously an unsuitable platform for Freenet) or that they get so many JVM crashes that they cannot devote time to each. The latter frightens me even more than the former. /Benny _______________________________________________ Devl mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://dodo.freenetproject.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/devl
