I can provide some of these things... I have just about enough hardware to run it (athlon-xp-1800) and can probably upgrade that to dual-athlon-mp-2400 (or higher) in the near future... with 1g of ram... I know nothing about site publishing on freenet, but I know freenet and java, what I lack the most is _personal_ time to work on it...
