Does anyone know of any immediately obvious problems that may be created if we allow more config options to be changed while fred is running? If not, I've been thinking it may be a good place for me to jump in and start getting my hands dirty with some actual coding. Looking at the ones that are already coded, it doesn't look too difficult to do, and it certainly would be a welcome blessing, I think, not to have to stop and restart fred just to tweak a setting here and there.
