[freenet-dev] Seednodes.ref - WE NEED STABLE NODE RUNNERS

Once again most of the nodes in the seednodes.ref file are unstable and 
thus useless to the stable network.

If you are able to run a stable node that can provide references to the 
seednode harvester, PLEASE email me and modify your node to accept 
fproxy connections from dodo.freenetproject.org (its IP address) 
immediately, we really need stable node runners.
