More to report: Downloading the 2 splitfiles in the IIP #freenet topic, and 
getting all but 1 (which totally failed) of the blocks. Is this actually 
because of NGR, or the small network? DS beginning to show some gross 
specialization. Attempted to request the index; first time got fproxy 
corruption bug, now it's taking forever, although that may be due to the 
splitfile downloads.
