[freenet-dev] Security: developer cull

There are about 63 people currently with developer access to CVS, and 
most of these people, to the best of my knowledge, are not currently 
active in the project.  This is a security risk.

As a result, I am asking anyone that wants to keep their CVS access to 
email me with their SF nickname and an explanation of why you should 
keep cvs access (unless its obvious).  At some point in the next few 
days I will remove anyone that has not made an adaquate case for 
retaining access.
