Hi all,

I've written a simple benchmark program for key latency.
http://www.freenet.org.nz/latency-test.tar.gz

It requires access to two separate freenet nodes, as well as Python 2.2
or later.

When you run it, it will prompt you for hostname/port details of both
nodes, as well as insert/retrieve HTLs.

Then, it will perform a test of inserting a small KSK key into one node,
then retrieving it via the other node.

In the event of RNF/DNF, it backs off for up to 5 minutes and tries the
retrieve again.

I'd be very interested to see what kind of results people get with this.
