Freenet unstable 6323 is out. Snapshots are (or should be) updated. The
main change is to change the settings so that 'soft' bandwidth limiting
i.e. QueryRejecting when our bandwidth usage is over 80%, is disabled
(well it is still there but with low level bwlimiting on it won't be
triggered). The theory: NGRouting should be able to figure out that a
node is slow transferring data, whereas NGRouting has major problems
with QueryRejected's, and NGR can then balance the increased probability
of finding a piece of data from a given node against the expected
transfer rate because that node is really popular and doesn't have much
bandwidth. This should, theoretically, improve routing, so please try
it... unfortunately its effects will only be felt network wide, but in a
week or so we should know.
