I have two nodes running on the same machine, usually running the latest
stable and unstable builds. Over a day or so, one regularly sends the
other 20 to 50 thousand requests and gets about 15% of them accepted.
The other only sends about 10 to 15 thousand requests to its fellow
node, but gets about 40% of them accepted. The interesting observation
is that, over the weeks I have been checking this, neither node has ever
succeeded in meeting one of these requests (although succeeding with 0.5
to 2% of requests generally). This seems somewhat worse than could be
explained by chance: it also suggests somewhat over-optimistic routing.
