Indonesia, Indonesia, plz :) That's my use case, anyways. I was just looking at top-of-the-line hosting and it's got a max pipe "in" of "256kbps Shared Downstream International Connection". Just image the normal 5:1 ratio and you are getting closer to the normal <20kbps that normal internet users experience when attempting to fetch a file from outside Indonesia.
