To be a seednode you need to: - Have reasonable uptime, as close to 24x7 as reasonably possible. - Have your ports forwarded reliably. The whole point of being a seednode is new users' nodes can contact your node to do their initial announcements, so you need to be able to receive packets from anywhere. - Have at least 40KB/sec upstream bandwidth dedicated to Freenet. - Have a static IP or a dyndns address.
