Re 2d011ed5bd2f59b0a1a90383566b2f62378245b8 (origin/accept-linewrapped-keys): IMHO we should only try stripping spaces after we have failed to parse without stripping them. So it should be an option on decode(), and FreenetURI should try with and without.
