Do we really want to change the language the installer is written in every time
we have a new maintainer? Apart from anything, that means bug fixes, important
workarounds etc will need to happen all over again.

Do you know AutoHotKey?

Help would be very welcome. I'm not necessarily opposed to using a different
tool if it's better. Ideally I'd like to be able to build the resulting
installer on a linux system (if necessary using Wine), as part of the release
process for each build.
