I've done a bit of work on it, especially on constraints. We probably need 
more. There were some previous efforts to define use cases... What was high on 
google doesn't seem to be what I was thinking of... Aha, have a look at this, 
it might be relevant (it might also be outdated and boneheaded, I haven't gone 
over it)
