What the hell is this?

Somebody has registered an account on TeamSpeak support under Piracy (English) 
... using *our mailing list* as email address ... and filed a ticket the 
contents of which are an innocuous email that AFAICS has nothing to do with 
either TeamSpeak or piracy.

I have posted to the same effect on the ticket.
