I will be leaving my role as paid chief developer. I may take that role up in 
the summer vacation (June-October 2014), but there is a good chance I won't.

Yes, the hope is that other people will get involved with deploying builds.

Also, we can deploy plugins without deploying a new Freenet build - it's just a 
less well tested code path, and needs some scripts.
