Should I compile the wrapper binaries here or should we use the official
wrapper binaries, including the .jar? Previously wrapper.jar has been part of
freenet-ext.jar, but we are separating it so we can use an up to date version
for new installs, and maybe update old installs too. This should reduce the
number of problems we have with antivirus software.

See here for the platforms supported:
http://wrapper.tanukisoftware.com/doc/english/download.jsp

I can easily compile linux x86-64, and with more effort can probably compile
linux x86-32. It may need a commercial compiler for Windows. IMHO we should
ship at least:
- Linux x86-64
- Linux x86-32
- Linux armel
- Linux armhf
- OS/X (universal)
- Windows x86-32

Note that Windows x86-64 isn't available in the community edition; we could
maybe compile it though, we'd probably need a commercial windows compiler. In
any case we use the 32-bit wrapper at the moment for the same reason we use the
32-bit JVM on Windows: The 64-bit JVM doesn't auto-update and doesn't seem to
get much attention from Oracle.
