We could certainly host it on https://downloads.freenetproject.org/android/ or 
similar.

Or we could try to get it into the Google Play store, though we'd want to be 
100% sure it works first, improve the UI and make it advertise for / explain 
the need for installing a full node.

Note that I'm commenting blind here, I haven't got to the point of trying it 
out yet. (Sorry!)
