It shouldn't. Unless the processor is exceptionally slow, it should be about 
25% of a modern single core, if it's only routing. If it's constantly using 
100% CPU it's either running out of memory (check that the wrapper memory 
config is at least 256, a lot more if running Web Of Trust etc), or it's doing 
the FEC decode at the end of a download etc (which shouldn't take long). This 
is a support@ question though. :)
