Frost does NOT work when the spammer who DOSed it to death starts up his
script again.
It is FUNDAMENTALLY broken by design, do NOT use it. Do not advertise it.
Please, we need it to die finally :)

(It requires no captcha or any other type of scarcity to post, so you can just
post 10000 messages to a board, preventing anyone else from receiving non-spam
messages or posting.)

FMS works rather well for me.

Freetalk is broken right now., yes Notice that I am its developer and I plan
to fix it :) But that'll take at least another half of a year. I need to fix
the
performance issues of WOT first. Working on that right now :)

Fine :)

Nice to hear that you want to do something.
If you want to really fix Frost, it would be nice if you used the Freetalk on-
network message format as a backend: It does the necessary changes to be able
to even prevent spam.
The current Frost on-network format can never be used to prevent spam because
it is a central message queue where anyone can post to.
The solution which Freetalk does is having a per-user message queue so you
only download messages from people which WOT rates to NOT be spammers.

Also, it is planned to ship Freetalk by default, so it would be nice to have
the Frost UI as an alternate frontend.

Anyway, I wrote the most of WOT and Freetalk, I can explain anything you need
to fix Frost. Just ask.
