We usually use pull requests on GitHub for code review. For those who
would rather not use GitHub we do accept patches in other ways as well.

If you want to continue posting patches with email instead, git has a
send-email tool. It would also help to subscribe to the mailing list so
your messages to it don't have to be manually approved. [1]
