yeah, "choice" didn't work under NT4 either.

Your new install.bat works under Win95 and NT4, but I had to change the 
"set FREENET_INSTALL_DIR %~1" to "%1" -- I hope that was a typo and not a
Win2k thing.

I've also drastically simplified build.bat - Win95 didn't like it.  Can you
verify the new version works on Win2k?
