We should use source forge's download facility.

I just thought I should add that in.

We also need a nice, simple download page. The source forge download page
lacks sass, style, and savoir faire. Please create a stylish
download page. That would be great.

Speaking of preparing for the upcoming release, how exactly are we going
to do it? We need to delete unneeded files, spell check the documentation,
check to make sure all the documentation is good, current, and complete,
and then make archives for the 3 different archive formats which are
important, zip, tar.gz, and hqx.

Then the archives needed to be uploaded to sourceforge, sourceforge has to
be informed so they can link to it, and then press releases need to be
sent to alt.freenet, freshmeat, slashdot, wired, my mother, and any other
important people that you can think of.

I'm sure Ian will write a press release. :-) He should probably put the
archives on sourceforge, too.

Everyone should check the completeness of the documentation.

Oh, and we need an alternative download site, just in case. How about
piclab, Lee?

I don't know what I should do. I guess I'll go read through the
documentation and maybe make the archives. I can't make mac archives,
though.
