Here it is:

{Artist} - {Song}.{Format}

   or

{Artist} - {Album} - {Track Number} - {Song}.{Format}

   or

{Artist} - {Album} (disk (Disk Number})- {Track Number} -
{Song}.{Format}

Elements are separated by a " - " (one space, one hyphen, one space).

{Artist} = Artists name, as it is formatted (capitals, punctuation,
etc.) by the artist on their albums or other materials (tickets,
posters, etc.  Words are separated by a single space; no leading or
trailing spaces.

{Album}, {Song} = Album aand Song name, as it is formatted (capitals,
punctuation, etc.) by the artist on their albums or other materials
(tickets, posters, etc.  Words are separated by a single space; no
leading or trailing spaces.

{Disk Number} = Disk Number of a multi-disk album, starting with 1.  The
disk number form is not used with single-disk albums.

{Track Number} - A two digit track number, zero filled, starting with
1.  Examples: 01, 02, 12, 13.

{Format} - The file format using the standard suffixes (mp3, wav,
etc.).  Lower case.
