The good news: The thread pooling is working quite well. I managed to
snag some machine time around campus and tried a flood attack with no
success. Load never crept beyond 0.20.
The bad news: When inserting a long file, the server fails to respond to
other requests. It sounds like the I/O operation is starving the other
threads. Huh?
