Thanks for all the comments on the spec; I've reorganized the document based on that input, cleaned up a lot of the text (even the current metadata proposal is there now).
I still haven't filled in the details of every message type yet, but the ones that are there should be correct and complete, and I want to solicit comments on the structure and presentation, as well as the content that is finished. In particular: - There's a new section on Keys for which I don't really have as much detail as I'd like, and that I'm considering placing earlier in the document. - The rules about subclassed header fields are stricter. Let me know if you think this works. - I am spec-ing ahead of implementation, so I understand that this doesn't match the code yet.
