Yes, they are one and the same. Couple of notes, though.
Its hash(hash(Document-name)+data), not vice versa.
The search key is hash(hash(public key) + hash(Document-name))

You should add a note that KHK has been deprecated in 0.3.
SVK's are constructed by forming the hash(hash(Public-key)).
The smart boys and girls in the audience will pick up on the fact that the
key forming was modified to allow SSKs to be constructed knowing an
existing SVK and the keyword.
