And then carry the pads around with you on physical media and leave that
open to loss and theft? There are no pratical uses for OTP, next time
someone says "There is tooo an unbreakable cipher", I will scream.

Use 256 bit symmentric encryption and 4096 asymetric, that should be safe
even if they "they" have quantum computers (well, as long as they are
smaller then 4096 qubits).

There are so many creative ways to create pain in people, so regardless of
spiritual composition your still on the loosing end once your being
tortured (though a good many of them involve testicles, a problem that can
be, umm, "fixed" on men).
