Yeah, that's exactly what some FAQ said :) But there
might be good reasons for it. Image some Firewall that
has outgoing TCP blocked, but UDP works fine.
Or the opposite, incoming TCP is denied. You could still
use Freenet in that environment. (Granted, it will probably
be extremely slow. But let's see. Might be enough for small
documents, like an underground ezine). It's not a must-have but
a nice-to-have.
