If I understood the discussion surrounding KDE and the linking to the
incompatible qt licensed stuff, it is my understanding that all you have to do
is add an extra clause to your licensing text. Something like:

"This is under the GPL, with the exception that it may legally be linked to
Microsoft proprietary VB libraries."

Don't take my word for it though, you better off checking the gnu.org site or
asking somebody there. We are generally not to fond of IP law around here...

On another note, while I appreciate any Freenet program, I once spent a whole
summer coding in VB and WHAT ARE YOU THINKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
