This is true. I don't think that the logical operators necessarily need to have
any impact on the routing of the search though, they could simply serve as a
filter for hits, so it would be something like:

SearchRequest
SearchKey=Teletubbies,Pictures,Crayon,TV
MustInclude=Teletubbies,Pictures
MustNotInclude=Porn,Bondage,Farmsex
KeysFound=dafasdfadf=.8,qrwelrlq=.6,fukfkffjh=.5,<hash(Al's house of
furry S&M)>=.1
...

So the search would still be routed towards something that had all the above
keys plus various dirty messages about Lala and Tinky-Winky , but would not
return those hits.
