You mean without date based names at all? I don't think that's good idea.
Imagine the curent number is freegle-keys-10000. Then I wouldn't request the
first 9999 keys anymore, and they'll probably drop off Freenet eventually.
This means they will eventually be re-used by people inserting keys (because
their KeyIndexClient thinks the largest used number is, say, 5000). But
they'll never get fetched again.

That's why I think we'll definitely need a date based approach.

And, yes, the date handling should be entirely in the KeyIndexClient itself,
to free users from worrying about it.
