I'm not familiar with your proposal, but personally I don't like the idea of data on Freenet that can only be read by a single person (this cannot be prevented, but I see no reason to make it part of Freenet). I feel that DSK keys should be readable by everyone. The use of private keys in my example is only meant for the updating of the SSK. The use of the public key as part of the DSK was only for convenience. It could well be a UID within the code file instead. ============================================================= = Adrian Lopez <adrian2 at caribe.net> ========================= = if (ideals != reality) return frustration; ================ ============================================================= _______________________________________________ Devl mailing list Devl at freenetproject.org http://lists.freenetproject.org/mailman/listinfo/devl >From devl-admin at freenetproject.org Wed Apr 11 01:35:04 2001 Return-Path: <devl-admin at freenetproject.org> Received: from hawk.freenetproject.org (postfix@[4.18.42.11]) by funky.danky.com (8.9.3/8.8.7) with ESMTP id BAA31124 for <danello at danky.com>; Wed, 11 Apr 2001 01:35:03 -0400 Received: from hawk.freenetproject.org (localhost [127.0.0.1]) by hawk.freenetproject.org (Postfix) with ESMTP
