I see 2 problems with the metadata spec as is. First, doing Mapfiles looks like a PITA. Second, DMI that is not in FNP formatting looks like a PITA.
Mapfiles: Currently you have to do a separate part for each lookup name. I think we should just allow an alternate syntax for Redirect: normal- Redirect [Name=...] Target=CHK at ... EndPart mapfile- Redirect Name.0=... Target.0=... Name.1=... Target.1=... EndPart Note also that the wordy DocumentName becomes Name. DMI: I propose we allow a trailing section in the metadata to contain metadata in arbitrary formatting. This is general purpose but is meant for DMI.
