There should be a couple test messages out there.
It can take a long time (~=10 - 15) minutes for the message viewer to start
displaying messages.
Here's the command line I used to start it up on a random remote node from
inform.php.
java MessageViewer -serverAddress tcp/204.210.225.185:19114 \
