the site currently in website/trans-site/ is ready to be moved to website/

it might be nice to clean out website/ first or start a new directory for
website development and writing from cvs to the server since the directory
structure has totally changed.

i am hoping that some one more competent than i with cvs could move forward
with this. once moved only two lines in config.php will need to be change
to reflect the new paths--those specifying ROOT and TLD_URL variables.

the sooner the better. it looks like we have outstanding offers to do
german, portuguese and italian translations.

can someone more experienced with cvs help with this?

thanks,
rick
