So when can we expect automatic splitting in freenet_insert and insert through
fproxy? Retrieval of split files already works through fproxy, but you're in the
middle of rewriting the metadata spec, correct? It will be more or less
essential in 0.4 thanks to 0.4's mandatory padding to power-of-2 filesize.
