What happens is that a node with say 20% successful connections has an already rather low CP. Then it is hit with a decreaseCP when idle=30000++ and it is dereferenced. Anyway the result is that I get very few nodes in my table. I guess this problem will get better now that my node is re announcing itself, but what about transient nodes?
