In the process of committing code to the new_datastore branch,
I was unable to commit files in the Freenet/node/store directory.
So I moved the DataStore-related stuff into Freenet/node/ds
(I had already moved RoutingTable-related stuff into Freenet/node/rt).
This leaves Freenet/node/store a dead directory but I cannot remove
the files from it. cvs commit produces something like this:
cvs server: [00:00:08] waiting for scipient's lock in
/cvsroot/freenet/Freenet/node/store
This repeats every 30 seconds until ^C.
I am definitely not running any other cvs commands when this happens.
There is some bug on the server side that caused a directory lock file to
be created but never removed. It happened after I got assertion errors
from doing a cvs update -j HEAD in the new_datastore branch (merging
in stuff from the trunk). The assertion error caused cvs to terminate
instantly and it was in the Freenet/node/store directory.
Anyway, afaik the only way to fix is this for someone with access to the
cvs repository to manually delete the lock files.
