Erm, can't you just do
    mybat.bat >output.txt
or
    mybat.bat 1>all.txt 2>&1

You might find this gives you an access violation, in which case you might
need Win2K SP2 ...
( Q264824 mentions a hotfix but I believe it only works on NT4 )
