Except that most of the time I find stable-ish nodes which DO exist
and I have no way of making my node hook up with them.
Being able to force nodes could also be a plausible workaround for
the dwindling store refs problem that crops up (I had it happen
yesterday so I deleted nodes.config and restarted the node and
it got a little better)
