Fair enough.  But while coding may not be a sufficient condition, it would
seem to be a necessary one.  It seems to me that if done right, this plan
can't hurt freenet, even if it isn't proven to help it.  But then, I don't
make the call (and there's good reason for that).  I may be wrong, that may
not be enough, etc.  But anyway, it might get written and not added, but it
certainly can't get added without being written.

Please.  I'm not trying to make a political point, one way or another.  Can
we find a politics-neutral term?  Actually, what's probably more to the
point is that this is a collaborative project.
