So, there's a document in docs called:
docs/source/in-freenet-keyindex.xml
It's in XML Docbook format. I just updated it to mention the timestamp
thingy. If you think there are other changes necessary, by all means
change it.
Unless there's some terribly good reason, don't bother starting over
from scratch, eh?
