Ok, so, here's the new plan.

1.  If freenet is running, display the happy hops icon
2.  If freenet is running but, from internal checks on the 8081 port it
appears that fproxy isn't running, then display the happy hops icon but with
a tiny differentiation.  The icon text will be "Freenet Is Running (No
Gateway)"
3.  If freenet is running, but there doesn't appear to be any internet
connection, then flash the icon between the happy hops and the 'no internet'
icon.  The icon text will be "Freenet Is Running (No Internet Connection)"


Why the happy hops?  Well, the intention is to show that the problem does
not lie with the freenet node.
