Everything is developed in the main (HEAD) branch. Then, when things
are kind of stable (or, more like, when Ian starts bugging me), I
merge everything over to the stable branch, build it, and release.
If things are kind of lame and/or broken in HEAD, I'll do some funny
business with versions. But mostly stuff done in HEAD becomes the
0.3.x release.
