Same deal here. A quick test shows that about thirty percent of the
nodes referenced in my datastore aren't reachable. Of course, I've
never tested it before, so I don't know what's normal. I get 27 out
of 39 responding to pings.
The command I used was:
grep Ref= store_23116|sed "s/Ref=....//"|sed "s/:.*//"|sort|uniq|xargs -n1 ping
-c1 -q -w2|grep loss|sort|uniq -c
