Come, the values for those doesn't effect the actual speed. Those are just
estimations of what the real values are. We'll add something to keep track
of the actual mean and variation of (time until reply/htl) in the test
versions of the new node, you can do the same, and hopefully we'll find
they can reach more sane values.
